Meet Maxim!
Maxim is the creative force behind all content, designs, and communications at Work Ready Kāpiti, helping to showcase the incredible opportunities available to rangatahi across the district. Passionate about youth development, Maxim loves creating stories and campaigns that build young people’s confidence and inspire their next steps into the workforce.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him hiking local trails, browsing bookstores, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen.
